Host cancelled booking when we arrived at the location. I have texted multiple times yet never informed at cancellation till I arrived with my old parents. Never considered peoples’ time as we are on holiday and old parents were so tired and children frustrated! Very unprofessional. Refund alone is not enough.

Dirty, sticky and unhygienic rooms. The bed sheets were torn, No toilet tolls, everything sucks. The management will call you last minute and will convince you to move to another or their property (as they did with me). Pay a bit more and stay at a decent place.

Tv did not work, very basic furniture, bed were ok, showers ok, 800RM cleaning fee is a bit high considering not much in the appartment.
Overall value for money but dont expect more.

DESASTRE!!!
un desastre! los departamentos estan abandonados, y tuve un problema muy grave y el establecimiento ni se preocupo por mi estado. Era tal el abandono del departamento que me estaba duchando cuando se cayeron todos los ceramicos provocandome un corte profundo en la pierna, podria haber sido peor si no hubiese tenido reaccion para correrme mientras caian todos los ceramicos. Le envie un mensaje al establecimiento y no tuve ninguna respuesta. Hice el reclamo con hoteles.com para anular el costo del departamento y solo me dieron un credito para un futuro viaje...

Could be Excellent!
It's all about the location, which is great. What the apartment needs is for the owner or his agent to take just a little bit more care. Upon official check in time we arrived to open the door and trip over 6 full bags of dirty linen from the previous occupant - this is an absolute disgrace and very very basic. Shower fitting fell out the wall upon first use, to reveal stuffed with tissue to try and hold it in position, again basic stuff!! No gas to the cooker (apparently Gas company problem). Get the option of spare key sorted out immediately at check in rather than having to arrange for a spare key later (deposit RM100). Overall it was good, but could easily have been excellent with just a little bit more effort on owner/agents part.
