If you are looking for a no frills hotel in Tokyo, rooms are ok size for money we paid, clean ish bit of dust in rooms. The hotel is very dated, dark interior and air con wasn’t the best. I booked it for pool but didn’t read there is a charge, it’s 6,000 yen per person so we didn’t bother.

Nice hotel but charges for pool use was over priced. ‘Free drink’ was only available between certain times. Biggest problem for me was when I asked reception for the contact details for a doctor they were unable to provide me with one and started googling (asking me for details of my health issue in the middle of reception). I would have thought that was a fairly common request from guests. Cleaning staff did a good job. Location was good with lots of shops underneath hotel.

This was a wonderful experience and an excellent place to stay. Koto-Ku was beautiful and had many stores and eateries within walking distance. The location was perfect for allowing one to see, hear, and feel how the locals and native people live on a daily basis. The staff at the hotel were super helpful in helping me navigate the city as a foreigner and tourist. I actually stayed at the hotel twice and each of the rooms offered stunning view of the decadent Tokyo skyline. I highly recommend this location if you are planning to visit the land of the rising sun.

Beautiful but older property that is keeping up with high standards of cleanliness and decent maintenance, but the age does show a bit. But the larger than usual size of the hotel rooms makes up for it, as does the handy shopping area and excellent little enclave of restaurants in the area. It is a little bit of a walk to the nearest subway station so it's not quite as convenient for getting around Tokyo/sightseeing as other places. But the free shuttle to Disneyland/DisneySea is EXCELLENT and makes this place more than worth it to me. It also is a direct stop on a direct bus shuttle to/from Narita Airport (which allows you to bring two pieces of checked bags for free on it) that only costs 3,100 yen one way, and that convenience also makes this place invaluable to me as a first/last hotel to stay in for a Tokyo and Tokyo Disney Resort visit.

Clean room but had an old stale cigarette smell. The weird part was that that smell was only in the room. The property does not allow tattooed people to use any of their amenities that requires you to be “undressed”…. So no pools or spa areas. Great location to stores and restaurants but far from a train station.
