The hotel itself was very good, however, the service is awful.They seemed very nice at first. BUT we had a problem about extension of stay. A nice staff told us that booking online must be cheper and we did it. Then we asked another staff not to change the room if possible. This staff was very arrogant. She angrily said "who told you to book online? Don't do that!! It's a lot of work." However, what she was doing was just messing around our reservation. The price which we booked onlibe became not applicable anymore. We needed to talk about this to the manager, however, the manager was always out of the hotel and the staffs didn't know anything about this. We had to explain our situation many times to different staffs. Eventually, the manager promised us to fix the problem before the departure but she didn't show up on the day and the new staff was dealing with the situation. After we went back, we realized that they overcharged us even if they denied it. We are still under the unconfortable situation to fix this.
