Stay was excellent. Staff member at front desk seemed put out having to check us in. She appeared to have just dealt with a tough client right before us, and he patience was limited. That said, staff in the executive lounge was excellent, friendly and very helpful. I was told to check back via the app with front desk to see when my room was ready, which i kept doing until 3pm. Finally i brought it to the attention of the individual in the lounge, he tried several times to get the front desk, and was unable to. Just as i was getting ready to go back down myself, the person in the lounge offered to go down and get the room sorted on my behalf. Suggestion, if the hilton app chat does not work, or front desk is not going to answer within a reasonable time, don't direct to it. Also, 2nd suggestion, for those traveling from overseas and having to wait for a room, put a shower facility in your workout area, most hotels i have stayed at in London in the past have this, and unfortunately coming from the Americas this is really the only reason i would not use this hotel in the future. I usually come to London on business, arriving early morning, needing a shower before going to my office.
