Whether staffs are friendly or not really depends on person.
Some are quite friendly though most of them are just sitting there.
We know the room is tiny but how everything is decorated are very bad and uncomfortable to stay.
Having a bit nicer interiors to make overall looks artistic are fine, but no consideration of how people actually stays.
I wonder if the designer or coordinator ever actually stayed there to test if everything was set comfortably.
If all the staff there are friendly enough to make our travel even more joyful, that would have changed our overall idea of staying.
Overall the place is what you pay for or a bit less experience.
Location is relatively good, but not for someone is not familiar travelling around or looking for somewhere really London like.
