fue corta y tranquila. el agua caliente, o demora mucho en bajar o no hay suficiente capacidad para mantener el agua caliente y esto es un punto clave, especialmente si tienes hijos.

El lugar decia hotel familiar y lo primero que encontramos fue un grupo personas media edad tomando en la noche no paraban de hablar y gritar, nos quejamos en la recepcion y no hicieron nada, para descansar este hotel no es. En el restaurante pedimos molletes y media hora despues nos dijeron que no tenian pan ? Un servicio muy malo. No servilletas, no cafe, etc. Platicando con el Gerente en la mañana nos dimos cuenta del grave error de haber reservado en este hotel. Simplemente nos contesto que nosotros eramos muy exagerados. Cyando pagas por un servicio esperas recibirlo, si dice hotel familiar llevas a tu familia y esperas familias no parejas y grupos de hombres que se la pasan tomando y haciendo escandalo en la noche. Fuimos mi esposo mi hijo y mi mama. Rentamos 2 habitaciones que por supuesto no son baratas para el lugar que no lo vale. Pero lo peor esque te quejes y te ignoren.

Bien, pero no respetaron la reservación de una habitación con 2 camas matrimoniales y tuvimos que dormir con la bb en la misma cama por lo que pasamos muy mala noche. Por lo demás muy bien.

En general no me fue bien, primero cuando hable al hotel para confirmar la reservación me dijeron que no la tenían registrada, y después de varias llamadas pudieron darme una habitación pero que la primera noche no coincidió con la que había reservado. Ya estando allá el aire acondicionado no servía y no salía agua caliente en la regadera.

El servicio muy bien, el lugar es bonito solo que se tarda en salir el agua caliente de la regadera y no sale mucha. Nos comentaron que tenia calefacción la alberca y no fue así, tal vez porque fui cuando el día estaba nublado y no pude disfrutar al máximo la alberca.

Llegamos al hotel que nos reservaron y llegando había un letrero de que estaban remodelándolo... teníamos un evento social por lo que fuimos a Cuernavaca y tuvimos que quedarnos en otro hotel....

Realmente deplorable, para empezar nosotros hicimos una reservacion de un cuarto que incluia aire acondicionado,nos dieron un cuarto sin AC y un ventilador de techo, a lo cual mi esposo fue a hablar con el responsable en turno para decir lo que nosotros habiamos pagado y el responsable nos comunico por telefono con el Gerente del hotel y este se lavo las manos diciendo que para que no checamos el cuarto antes que no habia nada que pudiera hacer, aun cuando nosotros pagamos el precio!!! no fue algo que nos regalaron! y Despues para variar el ventilador de techo ni siquiera servia!!! Nosotros ibamos con nuestra bebe de 3 meses,mi nena paso una noche horrible ya que hacia mucho calor.El baño estaba todo sucio y pequeño,En la regadera alguien dejo un jabon atorado en la ventila y no se podia cerrar!De rollo de papel higienico dejaron un papel ya usado con menos de 3 vueltas de papel. Las lamparas del lavabo y del baño hacian corto y estaban toda la noche parpadeando.Se hablo con el gerente para exigirle un descuento por la baja calidad de habitacion que nos dieron vs. la que nosotros habiamos pagado y el Gerente ni si quiera se digno en responder. En resumen JAMAS regresaria a ese hotel y mucho menos lo recomendaria! Al otro dia nos depertamos temprano y salimos de ahi a buscar otro hotel! PESIMO SERVICIO!

The hotel is outside of the downtown (centro) area but for the price, it's a great choice. The rooms were clean, had A/C, cable TV, pool, etc. Service was excellent & they were very accommodating.

Una pena el colchón del cuarto, no tuve descanso, los resortes no me dejaron descansar, el cuarto está limpio, buen servicio.
