it's my 3rd trip for the year, and renovation is still ongoing; hopefully, when I return in August, I'll have a better harbour view room. it would help if you have a more friendly customer service. a simple smile and warm welcome would go a long way, especially for tourists like us. May I also suggest that drinking water be provided to clients, we can bring our bottle to refill at your restaurant on the 2nd level; that would even boost your customer service.
