The front office staff spoke very clear English and was very graceful when handling my issues. Housekeeping also was courteous with handling my concerns, and using a translation app we were able to converse well. I was concerned with some of the hardware. My first room the rolling blinds were stuck so the curtains did not close. My second room the air vent in the bathroom was dusty had some white fluffy something, and some odor. I was worried what could fall on my tooth brush…Another concern about housekeeping - I wasn’t too happy with how not-so-clean the cups and plates were, and the fact they refilled soap and 2 toothbrushes everyday. I collected probably 4 bars of soap and 8 toothbrushes in 6 nights… I really didn’t need that many.
My taxi was always confused of where to drop me off when I arrived at the front… would be great to have some drop-off space
