It was my first time staying at this location. My boyfriend and I checked in, ate our dinner we brought and watched a couple shows. We went to head to bed around 10 ish pm the room directly above us were stomping around and causing a ton of commotion. I understand some things happen and it’s a Friday night. Thought maybe it would stop soon so about an hour passes of me trying to get some sleep but I couldn’t cause of how bad the noise was. I called the front desk and the gentleman on the phone said he would look into it. 45 minutes go by after the first call and the noise just gets worse. Called again and same thing, he said he would look into it. Another 45 minutes and I called again and he said he had went up to the floor and heard nothing. I explained it hasn’t stopped besides like maybe 5 minutes out of all the times since it had started by the time this 3rd call happened it was after 1am. I left the call hoping the noise might stop and I could finally sleep but it didn’t, by 2 am I went down to the lobby to explain if he could go knock on the door and see what this can be about and have them quite down and he said he couldn’t. I didn’t fight him on it cause what can I do, I can’t force him to do so. I am also not one to complain ever, but I just wanted to get some sleep so badly. I was so upset. This went on until after 4 am. I think if customers are disturbing other customers extremely late at night, is unacceptable and employees should be able to do something.
