"At Cyan Cancun Resort and Spa and overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. The resort has a great location with plenty of nice amenities inside and around the property. The pool and beach are fantastic, making it a perfect place to relax. Additionally, across the street, there's an OXXO convenience store, which was very convenient for us.
However, we did encounter a couple of issues during our stay. The first was with the bathroom sink, which did not drain properly and stayed for a while before slowly going down. I reported this to the receptionist, who assured me someone would come to fix it, but no one arrived.
The second issue was with the bedding. When they changed the sheets, blankets, and pillow covers, I noticed red stains on them. I informed the front desk, and they promised to send someone the next day. Unfortunately, no one showed up. I had to follow up multiple times, including sending pictures via email as requested. Each time, I was told that someone would come the next day, but no one did until after several days when the bedding was finally replaced.
Despite these issues, I want to highlight that the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My experience was generally positive, but these problems did affect my overall satisfaction.
