"I’ve been to Cancun at least 10x and this is the by far the worst resort I have ever stayed in. At first glance this place looks great, ocean views and modern facilities, but once you get here, you realize you’ve been tricked.
Beach:
Looking to swim in the ocean water? Sorry, this resort isn’t for you. The water is covered in seaweed and is filthy brown. The pictures are extremely misleading.
Pool:
Want a nice pool since you can’t swim in the ocean? Sorry, this resort isn’t for you. The pool looks beautiful and has potential, but the way they have it set up completely messes up the experience. Most of the pool is blocked off for pool activities so the general public can’t access it. The area you get to swim in goes no deeper than 1-2 feet and is filled with people because it’s a small section. The activities are reservation only and it’s impossible to get one.
Food:
Want good food and access to the restaurants? Sorry, this resort isn’t for you. It is literally impossible to get a reservation at the restaurants. I was here for 5 days and could not get a reservation at any point. You are forced to eat at the buffet, and in most resorts, this would be a minor trade off, but here it isn’t. The buffet is lacking variety and quality. And you are stuck waiting on line for 20-45 minutes just to eat there at all times.
Relaxation:
Want to relax on vacation and enjoy the nice weather in peace? Sorry, this resort isn’t for you. Loudest place alive and you will get a headache.
