the planned power outage was NOT the fault of Marriott however the run around to get back my refund was in no way necessary. Much of the problem could have been avoided if in the email from the hotel they had said that if you booked through a third party you will need to deal with that third party. How can a hotel even consider allowing people to stay without electricity (and no air conditioning) with the temperature of 95 deg and high humidity.

It was clean and comfortable. The only coffee for the morning was Starbucks which I'm not a fan of. But I would stay here again.

The staff were accommodating, attentive and pleasant. The beds and linen were comfortable and soft ,attention to detail in the cleaning of the room was at a high standard as was the rest of this hotel in Andover Ma.
