The staff was friendly and did their best with what they had. the rooms overall were not clean. they had bugs and it honestly felt like a halfway house. we ended up leaving a day early

THE ROACHES COME OUT AT NIGHT!

This place is in desperate need of an exterminator. This place needs to be shut down immediately! The people who work there stink, and one ladies breath smelled so bad it was coming into mines. We left for my son’s football game and returned at 4:00 in the morning and cut the lights on in our room only to find ROACHES everywhere; even in the sheets. This place is nasty, the workers are nasty and the water doesn’t get hot because the ROACHES ARE living in the PIPES.

Garbage

Went to check in and had no king suites left even though I paid in advance. Checked in and they didn’t have keys to make for us to access our room. The beds were too small for us to share so had to sleep separate. Only one towel in a double room for showers. Had roaches in hotel room. The beds had stains on comforter and sheets. It was a horrible stay

Please DO NOT book this hotel

My family’s stay was very uncomfortable. Upon checking in, there was no one at the front desk. We clicked the button to page someone & it took them 5 mins to come. Getting off the elevator to our floor, the smell of dog increase as we got closer to our room. The room next to us had dog hair everywhere on the carpet outside the door. Inside our room (I booked a double bed with full kitchen), my daughter went to shower & was met with pest & roaches. Inside the refrigerator was old ice & spilled drinks. The stove was out of commission missing BOTH knobs. Later that day roaches were crawling on the wall. Our sleep was so uncomfortable that we checked out at 3am the next morning.

First room I was given - toilet ring had pee on the ring. Second room - toilet bottom was nasty with dust & hair on it, curtain edge tore, had to get on the chair to tuck it in to cover window

Pésima limpieza

El hotel está bien ubicado y las habitaciones están relativamente en buen estado, la limpieza es pésima ya que hay cucarachas en los baños, en los pasillos dejan basura y nadie la recoge, solicité 3 veces toallas y nunca las llevaron, tuve que tomarlas yo directamente de la zona de lavandería, por lo que se ve no tienen personal de limpieza

Hotel staff stole my personal belongings

Very disheartened to write such a negative review but this hotel was terrible. I left work to pay my rent that was due and to my shock they had evicted me from the room without any prior notice (they have my card on file) no phone call attempt to reach me. I come to find they had packed my personal belongings, but half of my things were missing and stolen. I reported this to the Owner, and he was very dismissive and rude and does not care about professionalism or customer service. I will be reporting to police, BBB, and any other agencies to prevent this from happening to anyone else. This hotel does not care about anyone staying here and does not respect you or your personal property. Please beware.

Humid on the INSIDE

There was apparently an electrical issue right before we arrived. The whole building's air conditioning wasnt working. Due to the humidity, the locks stopped working on the doors. Our room the first night did not lock at all. They did move us to another room the next day, but that room was so humid the mirrors were fogged. It was rather miserable to try to sleep while soaked in sweat and condensation.

I would like to start by highlighting the fantastic location of the property, and I want to extend my gratitude to the front desk staff Ms. Maria for her outstanding service. She was incredibly accommodating and did her best to assist us during a check-in. However, I did encounter some issues with my room that I believe could be addressed to enhance the overall experience. I noticed that the elevator and common areas could benefit from more attention and care, as their condition raised some concerns. Additionally, I experienced some pest issues, including fleas that my dogs unfortunately picked up from the property. While I appreciated the provision of bug spray, it would be ideal to have a fully pest-free environment from the outset. Overall, my experience did not fully align with my expectations, and I believe that with some improvements in these areas, future guests could enjoy a much more pleasant stay. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback!
