Upon arrival no power, next day power was okay room smelled like sewer so we were moved to another room, third day no power, 4th day no power we were moved to a sister hotel for the day, missed our sunset cruise lost our money and returned to finish our stay, no partial credits given nothing done to make things right but the food staff tried everything to make our days good.

You have to book everything with 24 hours was a bit much for us. Also, the key to doors didn’t work so we had to walk down to the staff every time we leave our room. Also there were no access to the beach and the food was a hit or miss depends on which day you go, but the staff itself was very excellent. That probably made the resort better, the pool also and the area was nice

El estilo de la propiedad es bonito pero esta descuidado la vista de la piscina espectacular los meseros excelentes ellos hacen que la pesadilla que es estar ahy se menos terrible ,los cuartos tienen mal olor a húmedo,los baños con moho sucios las camas viejas no te cambian sábanas diario abecés tienes que pedir hasta toallas porque no te ponen limpias. Tuvimos el domingo 5 horas sin luz no aire comida limitada ,el martes no tuvimos luz desde 7:30 pm hasta el día siguiente por la tarde nos dieron un pase para ir a otro hotel en lo que arreglaban el problema de la luz . Las fotos que salen en expidia son hermosas pero vienes acá la realidad es otra fuimos con mi esposo por el aniversario #23 fue el peor lugar en estos 23 años de casados que hemos viajado es horrible hay un tipo en el front desck que es un pesado ingerido cuando hicimos el check out nos quito las tarjetas nos dijo ya no tienen derecho a nada si quieren algo de tomar beber devén pagar what después que nos tuvieron sin luz con cómoda limitada deberían de intentar recompensar al huésped con algo no te dan ni la bebida de bienvenida nosotros viajamos desde new jersey otras personas vienen de Europa mucho más lejos se fueron lo peor no te devuelven el dinero ni te reconocen nada si cancelas por los inconvenientes de ellos mismos no tienen un generador este hotel no llega ni a 5 estrellas que pena por el personal de servicio son lo único bueno de ese lugar. I do not understand how this hotel is classified as a Five Star “Hotel”We got it because we wanted the all-inclusive feature with a beach. There were various aspects that I will mention that they need to get better at: 1. Room cleanliness and overall cleanliness of the facilities. The room had dirty walls, dirty floors and dusty areas. The sheets and towels did not smell clean at all. 2. Damp room and humid smell. It was so bad that even the bed felt damp, it is not comfortable sleeping in a damp bed. 3. The sliding door for the balcony does not lock. We reported it and they told us all the rooms were the same. 4. It was all-inclusive but in various occasions we couldn’t get what we wanted because they had run out. 5. The road to the hotel had giant potholes that would sometimes get flooded. 6. This hotel once must have been amazing but right now the facilities are really worn down and need an update and/or maintenance. 7. It had a pool table and darts but they were broken. 8. The pool tiles were falling and needs maintenance. 9. The food is 4/5 but no buffet and only one restaurant. Can only get coffee when open. No coffee or cups in our room did ask and still waiting today.

This place is a full on scam. The only thing good about this place is the view. This place is EXTREMELY dirty from the grounds you walk on to the bed that you sleep on. The actual beds was old and completely stained out. The sheets had stains all over them and when we asked for clean sheets, they brought us some more dirty and stained sheets. The towels are so filthy you can’t even dry off with them, I had to air dry. The tub was dirty, stained and filled with hair. The showers was molded and rusted. The room it self needed a power wish. The room smelted like sewage and made it hard to breathe. Let’s talk about the food and drinks. The food was the worst I ever had in my life. I wouldn’t feed this slop to my dog or any animal. The drinks are not strong and watered down. Also, for it to be all inclusive, they were real stingy on portions for meals and drinks. We basically had to beg them for bottles of water like I was Olive Twist or something. Last but not least, the pool and beach experience was also poor, but not as bad as the room and drinks. The pool is completely out dated and needs renovations, just like the rest of that location. I actually cut my foot on something in that pool. Also, the beach access is was horrible. So as we walked down the steps to the beach, the steps completely stops and we had to jump down to the beach. Like I was Rambo or somebody. This place is a nightmare and I wouldn’t even allow my worst enemy to stay here. RUN AWAY FAST!!!

This resort is a motel six masquerading as a resort. I implore everyone to never stay at this resort. My wife and I went here for are wedding anniversary and it's the biggest mistake that I ever made. The rooms are full of mold, there are no amenities and there is nothing to do. The facility is totally run down and I have the pictures to prove it. Please, Please, Please choose another facility to stay at.

Expedia needs to reevaluate this property. The amenities they offer are not valid. The only good part about this property is the restaurant staff and food. The manager just lies about everything he can to make himself not look at fault. If you’re looking for a low-key place with very few amenities then this would be a place for you. Otherwise, do not book this hotel. Please Expedia reevaluate the rating on this hotel and what they’re actually offering before you ruin somebody else’s vacation.

That was my only complaint my recommendation to anyone staying here or in any other hotel rent a car the airport taxi service abuses over $70 $100 for any run while a car rental was $20 it didn’t make any sense I didn’t leave the hotel much cause every run was really expensive

Terrible place. Didn't have proper description. Its a small boutique hotel and no resort in very poor condition. Booked it for a week and got scared when we arrived that we will be stuck in this place for 7 days. Literally, the place has nothing to do, no beach access, just a small pool. No buffet, just one small restaurant with bed food. Also very poor maintaining place, lots of dust, rust and brocken stuff. Not sure if can attach pictures. But Expedia as an agency did very well, canceled our stay at senses and moved us to the amazing resort Iberostar just next to it.

The pictures are overstated, and the property is being remodeled. The water from the sink was brown, so I brushed my teeth with water from a water bottle. I booked 4 nights, but I only stayed 1 night, and they charged me for a massage that I didn't get. I'm still getting daily charges on my credit card. The staff was nice. Maybe once it is completed and remodeled, it will be a decent place.

It’s different in the aspect that there’s not a lot to do on the actual resort compared to others.you don’t have to wait for ANYTHING, and it’s a very personal experience. Still all of the normal things, like pool, and game room. I think the game room should be updated a bit for rainy days especially. The staff is very friendly, and they treat you like family. I recommend this place if your wanting a quiet stay.

Nasty! Let me just say the staff there were very friendly. Check in was easy and fast. We were greeted and given our room keys which are wrist bands. We were supposed to get welcome drinks but if you come past 3pm, you’re out of luck because that’s the cut off time for the drinks. The property itself was VERY underwhelming. The property sits wayyyy back. There’s a long bumpy, pot-hole filled road that leads you back there. Upon entering the room, you’re hit with a STRONG older of mold. It smelled like an old basement but times 10. And that was the “upgrade”. We asked to be moved into another room because the smell was so strong. Well the new room smelled the same. The room was very spacious but dirty and run down. The room was dusty, there was an old dead moth that was stuck to the tub, a cockroach in the closet on the floor, the coffee pot still had coffee in it that contained mold, even in the coffee filter. The outside pools and hot tubs were run down and nasty. There was algae growing in one of the outside showers. As far as the restaurant, drinks were good but the food was not. Ordered a shrimp appetizer and they only bring out two shrimps lol. I thought it was a joke. Tacos were bare minimum. We even went to the store to buy cleaning products and incense thinking we could get rid of the smell. But that didn’t work. We ended up leaving the hotel because it was horrible and went and stayed at another hotel closer to the airport.

This hotel is not what was advertised on expedia. Driving down the road to the hotel felt very unsafe, desolate and gave an uneasy feeling. The hotel itself looked to be under repair and the front desk looked like someones home setup. Staff was minimal so service was horrible. Had one restaurant that had very limiting food options in the menu. Restaurant itself was leaking water everywhere from the ceiling. The room had mold all over the doors, curtains were rusted and broken. Lamps didnt work. The ac unit in the room was leaking water to the floor towards the bed. The pictures made it look like the property had beach right in front but you actually have to walk away from property to get it. Ended up leaving same day because of all these conditions and finding a better place with so much more for almost same price. Strongly do not recommend this place as i felt completely deceived as a customer.
