This apartment hotel is the same as "private homes."
The receptionist said that the cleaning service is available only when guests tell the receptionist by 10 PM the day before, and the service is generally every three days. Another receptionist also said that cleaning services are unavailable on Saturdays and Sundays.
It was very bothersome for me.
I have used this type of accommodation in Canada and Belgium. This was my first experience.
I heard this system was from the viewpoint of environmental conservation, but this has caused adverse effects. I witnessed cockroaches baby twice. Also, there needs to be more cleaning staff, because I saw so much hair was not removed from the floor after the cleaning service. On the first day, someone's beverage was in the refrigerator, so the cleaning staff forgot to clean the fridge.
When I tried to let my two-year-old son bathe in the evening, the hot water didn't flow. I called the receptionist, but no one answered the phone. When I came down and asked the receptionist, he just said the whole building did not flow the hot water.
When I asked him to supply tissue paper in my room before, he just said there was none.
I could not depend on this hotel's receptionist at all.
I did the check-in procedure myself, but it was troublesome.
Although the hotel knew my personal information when I reserved, I had to input all of it by myself. There was only one tablet for the check-in procedure.
