Coming from someone that work her way through the hotel business for 10 years starting as the Night auditor working myself to Front Desk agent to working in the F&B A/R department. I know how people should be treated.

Upon checking into the hotel Felicia (mid-shift agent) was very unpleasant, she made me feel unwelcomed, made it seem the only parking available was Valet. I personally do like other people driving my car, I asked where else can I park. She was not helpful in the request; I found somewhere else to park 2 blocks away. Not an issue, it would have been nice to have some information about parking.
I let her know I was having someone meet me there. I asked where c he can park, again not helpful. Felicia did not indicate there would be an issue with him coming. I was waiting for him; my phone was on silent. Not once did she offer to ring my room even after giving the information to her. So she decided to kick him out of the lobby. Where the hotel is located, I completely understand there are unwanted encounters wonder in from the street that come into contact with. There had to be a different and more efficient way of handling the situation.
We had an event; we were attending at The Adolphus,
