The hotel is nicely aquainted. The service could use some work. My daughters stayed there one night, November 12th and thought the service was poor. Basically every request they had was a no and no solution was offered. We did this same experience last year at the Omni hotel on Post Oak and found it to be exceptional, larger rooms, a complimentary shuttle within 7 miles of the hotel, complimentary parking, great food options and very good customer service. Although they are young, they are potentially your future customers and should receive the same service and respect as others. They felt uncomfortable, which was not my hopes as it was supposed to be a great experience.
