There were multiple instances when no one was at the front desk when I approached it. Additionally, there was often a sign stating "on break" with an absence of 30-40 minutes. Even when someone was present at the front desk, they often displayed a very unpleasant attitude.

The website states that room cleaning is done daily, but it only happens if you request it at the front desk. This was not verbally explained, and it was only mentioned in small print on the paper handed to us at check-in.

The website claims that staff can communicate in English, but many employees could not understand even basic English, causing significant inconvenience.

The elevator sometimes does not work, forcing guests to use the stairs to reach their rooms.
(5) There was no explanation about when the deposit would be refunded.
I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone...I would like to request a refund.
