Clean, modern, great location.

The stay was pretty great. The woman at the front desk when we checked in spoke like a robot like she had been saying it all day instead of speak to us like a person. She didnt inform us that when you get in the elevator that you have to scan the key card so we were clueless and when we asked, she told us what to do like we were idiots. But other than than the front desk, the stay was pleasant, clean and super comfortable.

We checked out one day early - the noise at night was just too much. Police, ambulance, firefighters, fighting. We heard it all.

Location is just perfect for what you want to do in Downtown Chicago. They are very welcoming as you come inside to the lobby and meet any of the staff. Jen was amazing!

The location is perfect because its located in the center of Chicago’s tourist attractions. They only had elevators but ran very slowly. They charged an urban fee in which you don’t even know what its for. I wish they explained that during check in. Also, they pre-authorize hold fee of $300 upon check in which is ridiculous. Overall, the only 2 reason I would stay here again is the location and cleanliness but the service and amenities, I wasn’t impressed.

Pros: Excellent location, walking distance to the park, river, restaurants, museums. The hotel is very clean, great service, and comfortable. Cons: Parking $25 per day.

An amazing experience and gear customer service!

Very clean hotel, easy check in, nice rooms. Only a few cons: no microwaves in the room, no parking on the property.. you have to walk like a block and a half from self parking garage. Also, the restaurant/bar was closed. Otherwise, it was a great time in Chicago.
