Cleanliness and Comfort: The hotel is immaculate. From the welcoming lobby to my spacious room, every corner of the property was spotless and beautifully maintained. The room itself was a perfect blend of modern design and cozy comfort, featuring a plush bed, high-quality linens, and a well-appointed bathroom with top-notch toiletries. It was evident that great care is taken to ensure guests feel right at home. Amenities: The Scenic Hotel truly caters to every guest’s needs. Anna , Lorriane and Chelsea are the best ! Service was excellent and this place is modern and beautiful. Incredibly clean and comfortable. Also super convenient in location to get everywhere we wanted to go . Definitely will stay again

They are renovating the property but it had minimal impact on my stay. I was in a newly updated room and it was wonderful. The shower was large with two shower heads. I was spoiled by the modern updates. Staff were nice and knowledgeable I would stay again

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel this year. This hotel is being renovated and with this latest visit, the construction has expanded to almost the whole hotel. It was loud during construction hours. Overall, we come back to this hotel because of its location. We will probably come back once the renovations are all done.

Even though the property is under major construction, our brand new room was excellent. The reception area was accessible and we had over and above accommodation for a mix up in our reservation. We were very satisfied with the outcome.

Issue at check in due to renovations, but quickly resolved by staff. A lot of work going on, but staff doing an excellent job at ensuring a pleasant visit by all patrons. Highly recommend.

Surprisingly good stay at the Scenic Hotel
The hotel is under major construction. But once we walked inside, one could hardly tell there was construction going on! The hotel was clean, the free fill breakfast was a nice touch, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The best part-walking distance to Biltmore Village.

Well I did not know it was undergoing a full renovation until I got there but I was still willing to give it a try. Also the pictures are not real they are what it is supposed to look like when it is done! We got a newly remodeled room which looked nice and was quiet but some of the outlets didn't work, the faucet handle for the hand held shower head did not work because it was missing a screw so all we had was rain shower head, no vent in the bathroom, and you had to prop the bathroom door open to get rid of steam. The piol area was nice but the hours were supposed to be 7a - 9p but it would not unlock until 8a so you couldn't get in. And lastly the staff were very dismissive and acted like we were an annoyance. This will end up looking nice but I don't know about the rest. I was not impressed. Sorry!
