Not family friendly, prison security
We chose this hotel because of the “heated”pool and the putt putt course on property. This was a family spring break trip. Our key card didn’t work in the pool, we had it reset 3 times and then gave up. It did work the next day, the pool was not heated even though the front desk said it was. The putt putt wasn’t open the 3 days we were scheduled to be there. Getting to our room was an ordeal you had to show your key card and an ID every time. Felt like I was visiting someone in prison. Four elevators only ever saw 1 work for the first day and a half. Security guard watched my husband load up our cooler with the kids drinks and water in the parking lot and the. He was turned away at the door because no coolers allowed. The fridge froze everything with no temp dial to adjust. Only one trash bucket in the entire room. Whenever you have to talk to the front desk you have to yell to be heard over the obnoxious player piano in the circular open area that it shares.
