This hotel was in a great location, but service was not amazing. I pulled up to the valet with a car full of luggage and three children, and not one person offered to help me. I had to take all of my heavy ass luggage out, and it wasn’t until the bellhop saw me struggling that he came out to help me with one and open the door for me.
I asked if there was a bellhop that could help me get the luggage to the room and they acted like it was a huge inconvenience to do that. I had to approach the Valet man standing inside and ASKED if they took valet because nobody was showing up to take my car.
When I was leaving, I called down to request help with my luggage, and the man seemed incredibly annoyed that he had to help even though I’m a good tipper. I just am floored by the lack of customer service at such a beautiful hotel.
The man who retrieved my car, every day was amazing. And housekeeping cut the room absolutely beautiful and smelling fresh.
