I'll start off by saying that the staff is lovely and are trying their best but are overworked! The cutlery was the cleanest I've ever seen. The villa was beautiful but that's all that's positive!
Construction right in front! The house was just simply dirty, soap, towels etc were missing. Had to ask them to change the sheets as there were bloodstains all over it. Kitchen, placemats, table, pool, garden, fridge, room were filthy! Toilet downstairs broken as the toilet seat, privacy curtain and window upstairs.
There is nothing in the area to get food so you have to order from them. I called room service 3x, then reception, then office and finally walked down. Nobody was there. Walked back into a filthy kitchen where the receptionist was cooking meals. Our food was cold when arrived and that hamburger was more a tomato burger with a very thin slice of spam on it.
They were nice enough to move us to another hotel in the group, Nara Hari resort, avoid this with a passion as well! Very very nice staff again but such a silly design and build quality. Very small, dirty plunge pool and just a waste of the amazing location! It's in the middle of the rice field but you won't get to enjoy that as the bathroom is built on that side. Moldy outside bathroom. Arrange your own transport as they will overcharge you for it with a smile. I would put a lot more here but I'm limited by space.
Both places do however have really friendly and accommodative staff! I can't complain about that!
