SHUT IT DOWN

All the linen on both beds were damp and cold because A/C was left on high all day! Requested new linen and was told front desk personnel didn’t have access to housekeeping room. It’s 9pm when I arrived and checked in after a 10 hour drive from Ohio. Nicky Polk was front desk manager and was absolutely rude with no compassion for the situation. I wanted to check out but no availability at other nearby hotel and Nicky Polk assured me that I was not going to get reimbursed! My family and I slept on top of damp blankets and checked out in the morning and was able to check in at Double Tree about a mile away!!! Terrible hospitality and customer service!!! SHUT THIS HOTEL DOWN

Not bad for the Price.

Staff were helpful and the room was clean but the furniture was very tired. Cigarette burns on several pieces, a light that's top had detached from the base and a TV that could only seem to show one channel and no card explaining how to change the channel. It was clean and quiet.

Surely never staying Again

The area surrounding the hotel was the first red flag. There use to be a restaurant right next to the property but it is boarded up and has glass and a sketchy alleyway. Upon check in I walked into the lobby a few minutes early and instead of just being accommodating I was told nope..it isn't check in yet. It's not what you say ever, it's how you say it, customer service is key. You are given a room key and have to stumble upon where it is because directions are given vaguely. The room was dusty. The clock had grimey dust. The corners of every crevice had dirt build up. The ironing board soiled. The tub needs paint, replacement,or a magic eraser. The pool was the only high light which would have been more delightful spare the random kids running about without guidance, no staff to detour danger. The breakfast is a 2/10 because you can make waffles. I would put the highest gate around the property to try to separate from the surrounding eye soars. Get a staff that actually cleans, not straighten up. One night, never again

Horrible, dirty, damp, nasty. Deceiving pictures.

Room was nasty, stunk, damp, dead bugs on the floor. One bed was beat horrible, and had yellow stains on it. Bathroom belonged in the ghetto. Ceiling tiles need replaced, chipped painted bathtub, rusty, shower faucet leaked water. Not even full size pillows. Only pleasant thing about this place was the front desk last who checked us in. Don't stay here.

Reserved two nights. We arrived late in the evening and got the only room available, Room 248. It reeked of cigarettes. My wife and daughter were disgusted but toughed it out the first night. Staff was good enough to move us to a room by the pool the next morning. It was much better. Only downside was the leak above the toilet from the room above that got me. Hope it wasn’t from their toilet but I fear it might have been. Pool was nice enough but not heated.

Let's see ..to start the front desk staff could careless about customer service. She saw me standing there waiting to check in....ignored me and kept carrying non her conversation with someone unseen for several minutes. And zero cordiality. Was told not to park along the fence line... across from the front desk because I might get towed. Ok fine. Odd, but thanks for the warning I guess. Overall grounds needs a good week-long cleaning. They don't even bother with the basics like sweeping. Room was ok. Though it seemed the cleaning was basic. The fridge ran all night and made it hard to sleep. My son also noted that the walls were paper thin and heard the next door neighbors opening and slamming their door to 2 am. So we were sure to return the favor when we left at 7. The pool was ok. Non heated, but ok. The hot tub was disgusting and you could see the mold and algae being pumped around. And the kiddie pool has green algae growing on the filter at the bottom. Both ice machines weren't working (we asked). Basically it was - oh well, too bad. And $158 a night is a joke. This is supposed to be a Wyndham property . The place was dirty , more like rent by the hour place . The pictures online was def not the same as when ya get there , run down , smells , paint chipping off shower ceiling, very dirty in room , not family friendly, extra activity’s where happening during the night time and it wasn’t a couples thing we will say pay for fun . Disgusting idk how this place is on hotel .com it’s like we did a reenactment of Griswolds family vacation. I dont write reviews but my family and I were very disappointed not what pictures look like . Very gross place . No joke

Be mindful

Everything seemed to go fine until later in the night when someone walked into my room while I was in bed watching tv. I go down to the front desk and found out that the previous shift did not check everyone in properly. I also was disappointed by the lack of housekeeping the room had.

It's like shady place, No cleanliness, Room is full of cigarette smoking smell, our dress smelled like cigarette smoke. They claim it as hot breakfast.

The property is old and a bit tired. Not very clean on the room. All corners neglected. Shower pressure and & hot water were great. TV reception was fuzzy. I had to use my hotspot for internet speed. The hotel wifi was slower than old dialup.

Bed bugs and roaches with room damage and dirty.

I was moved from room 255 where it was roaches to room 251 and more roaches. They'd kept me in room 251 when I should have been moved to another room.
