シカゴダウンタウンの中心部に位置し、地下鉄も近くで２路線使え便利である。また、部屋は清潔で必要なものは揃っている。

期待の割には、ガッカリ

ロビーはちょっといけてなかったので、ひょっとしたら失敗?と思ったけど、部屋に入ってビックリ。とても綺麗! チェックアウトなどデジタル化も進んでいます

ループ内にあり、CTAとelectric trainのどちらも使いやすく便利です。部屋は比較的綺麗で新しく、快適に過ごすことができます。

The hotel is very conveniently located near most downtown Chicago attraction. The room is well decorated but tiny. Reminded me of some hotels in Europe. Ok for one night if you don't have luggage. No place to open up a full size suitcase. No open restaurants or bars on site. Will not be coming back

My gf and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. It was a nice stay. Offers a unique vibe with skyline views. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The staff/team made me feel like family or the boss. They are really kind, smart and real. Didn't feel like corporate or a cog in a machine. I will certainly return. Also the building is a historical treasure!

The stay was great but the parking was expensive and it was limited parking spaces. We had to park in the handicapped space because all parking levels were full in the evening time. We paid $75 for 3 day parking.
