A Good Stay
Great place to stay. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The room was relatively small, but they have done a good job with including what a modern guest would want. Ouray is a wonderful litttle mountain town and when we decided to stay an extra day, they gave us a fair price and made it an easy process. Included breakfast is at a Mexican restaurant a few blocks away, in which the food was excellent.

Great place to stay
Awesome place to stay! Only complaint was when we went, the hot tub didn't look to be open. Beautiful area and the room was clean and tidy. Great host (pleasant and helpful) and they gave us free coupon to the local mexican restaurant for breakfast. Happy and plan to stay here again! Would recommend.

Nice little surprise
Cute motel. Up to date paint, flowers, hot tub, fire pit, etc. Cute communal gathering area outside. It is an updated motel, not hotel. No elevators. Luckily it's only a 2- story building. The included breakfast was 1 block away at a Mexican restaurant. You are given a certificate with a menu list of 5 items to choose from. You then walk over, be seated, and order breakfast. Coffee included. Would stay again.

Everything was good. Rooms are very small but that is to be expected. Only thing is for breakfast you have to go to a Mexican restaurant and you only have 5 choices which all included eggs and we don't eat eggs so wish I would have known that in the beginning as I pick hotels that include breakfast to help minimize $ eatting out.

Great Place
Wonderful family-run place to be with my wife and adult son. The family owners were wonderful, the room and grounds were very clean, the grounds had beautiful hanging basket and potted flowers, and I could have spent hours in the comfortable view-oriented sitting area in the courtyard reading scripture in the midst of God's amazing gorgeous creation.

The Matterhorn Inn is a wonderful place to stay in Ouray! Surrounded by beautiful mountains with all of the town within walking distance! The staff was super nice and the room was clean and beautiful! Not a single complaint! And the view from our room was spectacular!
