Very small. Breakfast included, great. We couldnt leave the Air Con on as noisy & just too cold, too much fan in the small room. Glasses etc only available on request. Why a microwave?? Better to have a larger fridge.. this one tiny.

My first night was in a very unsatisfactory room - no computer table or any chairs. The next night they moved me to a different room with a table and chairs. So I was happy with them.

My experience with this motel is very good. Specially liked the included breakfast! Found the price very reasonable for a couple! Some of the amenities were missing but can't complain considering the price.

Worst check-in experience ever. Tiny so-called "family" room. Not enough cups, towels etc for all- those provided were bleach stained and mismatched. Dirty pillowcases and quilt. Torn curtains. Rotted wood. Half empty shampoo. Incredibly disappointing

It was fine for one night, but I wouldn't want to stay here longer. I was in a room designed for 2 adults and 2 children but it was tiny. It would be difficult to have 4 people in the room. There was no bedside table or power point next to any bed (which I thought was standard in motels). If you need this then you should check whether your room will have them. My biggest grievance is that I had to wait 15 minutes in reception to check-in with a very insincere sorry when someone finally showed up (and yes I used the reception unattended phone as instructed - twice).

Although the room was small it was good value for money with breakfast included in a nice breakfast room. The air conditioner worked well but we was unable to adjust the fan and it only worked on one speed

We arrived at 7-45pm it said on the reception door that it closes at 9pm we had spoken to lady to say we would be getting in at that time.. it was all locked up and dark so rang buzzer , no answer so rang mb number she came downstairs unlocked door but walked away didn’t speak to me.. I said who I was she said key is in the room and can you turn off the buzzer on your way out!! Wow no hello, no welcome go out motel just rude!

Free breakfast available each day in a room near the office, a real unexpected bonus with the price being so affordable. The rooms are smallish but with toaster and microwave as well and there is a separate laundry where you can iron your clothes. Easy parking, and access from the street, and very close to the Australian Equine Livestock Events Centre.

Good: Easy to find, offered glutenfree toast at breakfast Not so good: very small room, sink very small, only a little water came out of the sink, refrigerator and microwave in the bathroom, refrigerator door rosted, bathrpom seemed neglected. Air-condition very loud so we had to stop it at night
