Beautiful property, tasteful yet fun decor as you would expect at a Kimpton. Our only problem is that the A/C blows relentlessly right at our heads. We slept with our heads at the foot of the bed as a workaround.

Very nice and eclectic hotel. The receptionists were so welcoming and responsive.

Employees were so nice and polite. They were all very helpful.

Cozy, clean rooms, with dimmable lighting. Fully stocked mini bar with drinks and snacks. Comfortable beds with soft blankets and pillows. Friendly staff who will go above and beyond to meet your needs.

Good location in the loop, friendly and helpful staff, quality accommodations and plenty to see and do nearby.

The hotel itself is really stylish but it doesn't have the homely feel of the Allegro. The bar was closed for private functions for our whole visit so we didn't even have the opportunity to sit at our own hotel bar over New Years. Our stay was OK but I don't think we'll stay here again sadly.

All very good. Comfortable and clean. Staff is excellent. I will always look for a room here first.

Kimpton Grey goes above and beyond every time – this time it was the gentleman who over-poured my glass of wine at check in, saying it looked like I could use the heavy pour tonight; the lady who extended our check out when I called the front desk at check out time saying I’m not feeling well and needed extra time; and the gentleman who took our bags to the car was just top notch. These types of details are different (but equally as wonderful) each time we stay. They are what bring us back time and again.

Service was wonderful and very welcoming. The staff made us feel at home and was very attentive - loved that they anticipated our needs! Perfect retreat after a busy day. Many thanks for the enjoyable experience!
