＄２２５は高すぎる、これでは＄３０で十分の宿です。

日本人は宿泊を止めた方が良いです。 １，長屋方式です、カード式ドアロックが解除に１０回必用。 ２，エアコンが止まっていた、さらに冷蔵庫・電子レンジ電源コードが外れている、 　　又電源差し込みが１個しかない。 ３，ＴＶの写りが悪くチャンネル数も少ないし今時ブラウン管　 ４，ベッドがキシンで寝返りすると目が覚める程です。　 ５，シャワーは最悪です、汚いの一言水回りは入れ替えないとダメです。 ６，４棟目の角にいた為、氷・自動販売機がオフィスにあり遠い。　 ７、wi-fi無し、朝食無し、愛想無し　(>_<)　 ８，AM１０：００チェックアウトなのにAM９：３０に清掃に来た。 結論：マネジメントがダメ、投資されていないので機器がダメ、これで＄２２５とは。？ 　　　また治安が悪そうです、ドア裏に注意書きがあり不審者を入れない用にと有りました。 　　　アメリカンバリューは５回宿泊しましたが全てＮＧです。 ただし隣にスタバが有るだけマシでした。

First room was torn apart. Second room was extremely dirty - water leaking from fridge, dusty table tops, long dark hair in the bathroom tub, door would not lock properly as had been kicked in in the past. AC was working great and sheets were clean. Worst place I have ever stayed after 47 years of traveling all over the world. Do not let the low price entice you - this looks like a meth hotel.

Worthless dump

This hotel should be reported to the health department as there was significant amounts of black mold on the tub and in the bedroom area. Put on your sneakers and run away from this place.

The parking lot was full of kids having fun while many adults were gathered here and there just hanging out. It became clear that the hotel was a more permanent residence than a getaway for this group. I was cool with that until walking into the room. When arriving to our room (409) we found the room to be very dirty. The floors were not vacuumed & the beds were poorly made. Walking into the bathroom (though the door with a hole through it) we found a clogged toilet with 💩 in it. We ended up leaving and finding another place to stay. When looking at America’s Best pictures on the internet the place looked pretty nice but unfortunately they are very misleading. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Sleeping in the car would be a better option. I will be reaching out to Expedia for a refund.

Smokey room

The room smelled like smoke, but being covered up with a tin if air freshner. The air freshner did not help. The bathroom was terrible and the shower was very suspect. The room was a very good price , but the condion of the room was really bad, even for the price!

Non-refundable/waste of money

It. Is. Non-refundable! The room was disgusting. There were cigarettes and pills on the floor, feces on the doorframe of the bathroom, water leaking from the dusk covered fan in the bathroom, water around the floor electrical outlet that the air conditioner was plugged into, trash all over the floor, the bathtub was falling apart $ held together by silicone, the shower was also very dirty and held together with plaster. I left.

My room was dirty everywhere. If I wasn’t exhausted and in desperate need of sleep, I would not have stayed. Bathroom door looked like an animal had been shut in there and tried to claw its way out. Walls were not in good condition with holes in many places. Half of the lights in the room did not work. The entire place is old and in need of a makeover.

FILTHY - PHOTOS ARE MISLEADING - SEE REAL PICS ⤵️

This was, by far, there WORST hotel that I've stayed in. Even for the low cost, it wasn't worth it at all. We didn't even bother staying the whole night. It was beyond disgusting. Literal blood on the sheets in SEVERAL places. No grout to be had anywhere. Hell, they didn't even bother to put a blanket on the bed. It was just a few layers of sheets. &#x1f922; The floors were horrible. Our socks were black after we got brave enough to walk around without shoes. Mind you, there's no carpet... The floors could have easily been cleaned better. Honestly, I'm not even sure they cleaned the room at all. Maybe just straitened up the bed to make it look like it had been cleaned. Very poor job. Only good thing I can say is that we didn't find any bugs, and not for lack of trying. We used a flashlight and looked everywhere, including under the mattress. ZERO ⭐️

This property is advertised as cheap but clean, safe, and friendly... It is ANYTHING BUT those things. The staff that answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. The General Manager who is "in charge" also states that this and that are outside of his control. The rooms (which are to be smoke free by state law) are not and getting a refund is impossible. Even when they fail to uphold the law. I have a picture of a literal cigarette butt in the sink as well as writing on the mirror for free back/butt rubs. The apology I received was "I'm sorry you have an issue with our housekeeping" This place is a disaster with holes in the walls. Missing smoke detectors, and a lobby that isn't even open. Perfect for squatters I guess but If you think the pictures look nice for a cheap hotel like I thought then be warned!!! This is falsely advertised boarding and I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Absolutely terrible! I was given 3 different rooms before i decided to book at a different hotel. The first room I was given was a room that was being lived in by staff!! Like a party room or something, literally staff living there. The second wasn’t cleaned, crumbs and food on the counters dirty sheets tucked in,horrible smell and mold in the bathroom that had no light. The last one wasn’t much better, which what looked and smelled like pee on the kitchen/bathroom floor.

Mouse Droppings in Drawers

When my husband entered the room the laminate floors were bubbling, it was 81 degrees, and humid. Mold in the shower, and mouse dropping in every drawer. I get it being a cheaper room, trust me we have traveled a bunch, but his was unacceptable. See attached pictures.
