牧場のホテルとしてはまあまあ綺麗でした。外は馬のフンの臭いがしていた。レストランは1ヶ所しかなく、店員も1人しか居ないのでサービスが悪かった。レストランに犬が歩いていたりと、牧場内だということを理解して泊まった方がよい。

馬小屋でのステイ
テレビ等や作業する机などなく、ベッドだけなので寝るだけとして利用するのがよいと思います。少し部屋の目隠しが弱い（クッションおいて隠しました）ことが気になりました。ただ、あったかくてかわいらしくて快適。 暗くなってから到着したのでよくわからなかったのですが、翌朝起きたら絶景にびっくり！！馬がたくさんいてとても素敵な景色でした！

Just an Off Stay
We had one night here to visit the GTNP. This was just an off visit. I don't think I would return. The only reason we stayed was location. More details: It was hard to find the office to check in. Once we did, it seemed we were interrupting the guy to check us in. It was awkward and I don't think he wanted to be there. I asked about a few things and he didn't want to share additional information about the place. Example, there was a sign taped to the desk about the chili. When I asked how it was, it was like I asked his social security number. He didn't understand why I would ask him. IT was weird. There is a ton of papers you need to sign so you know not to steal anything and the additional fees. The room wasn't fully clean. The parking is tight and stairs to the room we were in. Glad we didn't have a lot of bags or a wheel chair. There are limited plugs in the room near the bed. Not trying to bash, but customer service was not really a thing here.

Find somewhere else
I would definitely never do this place again. I understand that it is a working ranch, but the amount of flies in our room was crazy! They needed some fly strips or at least a flyswatter. They had pulled down blinds that left a gap in the window of about 2 inches on each side so people could see in, our room was right on the road. I would definitely eat before you get to this place, the prices were outrageous. We did not eat here, but the chili was $18 and you had to actually buy the biscuit to go with it.

Gros potentiel gâché.
L'emplacement est parfait pour rejoindre les deux parcs. Magnifique vue sur la vallée. On dors au milieu du ranch, les chevaux ne sont pas loin. Sur le papier tout y est mais, Le service est déplorable. Séjour réservé plusieurs mois en avance pour obtenir de bons tarifs. Résa bloquée avec une carte de crédit. Entre temps, la carte est renouvelée, rendant les infos données caducs. Je recois un message me demandant de contacter l'hôtel afin de transmettre les nouvelles infos de carte au risque de voir la réservation s'annuler. Je le contactes et aucun retour de leur part. La réservation s'annule et je dois réserver à nouveau mais plus au même prix! $100 dollars de différence pour deux nuits! J'explique la situation au check in et ils me disent qu'ils ne "peuvent" rien faire. Je demande alors s'ils veulent bien faire un geste sur le prix des ballades à cheval et ils me répondent qu'ils ne font pas ce genre de choses. Chambre pas nettoyée, pas de frigo ni cafetière. On a eu froid! Et isolation acoustique entre les chambres déplorable. Pas le droit de manger dans les chambres au risque de se faire facturer $250. Obligé de manger à leur restaurant. Le resto: Fin de saison et tout était fermé autour. Il n'y a avait que leur restaurant d'ouvert à 35 km à la ronde. Ils étaient supposés fermer à 20h. Il restait la commande pour de l'emporter de 4 résidents à prendre. 30 mn avant la fin, il nous a été dit qu'ils arrêtaient la prise de commande. Tout le monde au lit le ventre vide!

The room was not cleaned, dirt clots on the rug, a tag from a shirt on the dresser, and someone left half used bars of soap in the shower and they were not cleaned/taken away. Also, there was a door between the rooms and there was more than an inch of space under the door, we could hear our neighbors as if they were in the room with us. That was uncomfortable.

Old, tired and dirty
I am sure that Heart 6 was a great facility 30 years ago but it is currently in extreme disrepair. The walkways and railings are falling apart and the bathroom in my room was full of lime stains and rust. Also cleanliness was not a priority. I will never return and will warn others not to stay there. In addition there was no water in the lodge one morning …I cut my stay short by a day.

Very unique experience. Secluded and quiet. Will return and make use of covered wagons available for overnight rental. Definitely very remote from any other towns. Jackson Hole is 40 mins away and closest town we know of for other food options. Cafe on site available.

I appreciate it was a horse ranch however there were so many flies in the cafe. This was due to all meals and drinks in disposable containers, then being thrown into open bins with no lids. We had the 'honeymoon' lodge, mainly because that was all that was available. It was basic, 1 chair, no dresser to put anything on, no drink facilities if you came in and needed a hot drink. The cabin was not clean, lots of dust, we shared indoors with a mouse and outside cows around the cabin mooing all night and pooing on the porch! The view from the porch was stunning and the coyote's were something we had not planned on seeing. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced.

One staff member was particularly rude and disrespectful. While other staff members witnessed this and seemed not to care. We were given one room by mistake and after moving everything in, they called and asked us to move to another room. Both rooms were filthy dirty, cobwebs, broken blinds and dust. The rudeness was unforgivable.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff was rude but more than that - the place was dirty. Do not think they even changed our sheets or vacuumed the rug. Limities amenities. The man who waited on us was wearing a dirty t-shirt and the next day had on the some one.

This property has all the potential in the world great surroundings however the rooms are rundown. There’s a lot of maintenance that needs to be done on the property. There’s little to no Wi-Fi there’s no cell phone service. And there’s no TVs in the room. Our room was dirty. The wall had a hole in it that was clogged with the paper towel. The restaurant part of the hotel has all the potential as well however, the staff is horrible. You have a guy that refuses to go to tables to take orders. Make sure go up to the counter to place them but when you get up there, he degrades you and talk down to you.

Our room had no heat, we woke up to 34 degrees and not much warmer inside. I slept in my clothes, like camping. Shower curtain was moldy. Room was very dark with one tiny window. Property needs much repair.

Find another place to stay
Where to start, at check in, they said we were being put in their adjacent property Valley Ranch. It was down the hill from what I considered Heart Six. They couldn’t guarantee our 3 night stay in the same cabin- ( we heard her say the same thing to another couple about 30 mins later when we checked out!) our “cabin” was filthy- at least an inch of dead flies lying in the windowsill- the window was open - they had left us a fly swatter though! The door had a 2 in opening at the bottom which we saw flies coming under & at night ample room for mice and snakes as well. No amenities in the room - we probably should have expected that - so this is just so you are aware. Also in the 10-15 mins we were in the room we killed at least a dozen more flies that came in under the door. There were no clear directions where to check in, we had to drive around to find it (other guests confused as well). We immediately found another place to stay and checked out of Heart Six.

What was advertised for this property was not what it actually was. There were no amenities in the room, no WIFI no TV. When I entered the cabin it smelled musty. The room was filthy thick dust everywhere, the sheets smelled, the bathroom was dirty and stained from years of use. When I lodged a complaint about it the woman at the desk didn't seem to care and wanted full payment for a dirty smelly room that I couldn't sleep in, They offered horseback riding, but they didn't clean up after the horses. There were piles everywhere, you really needed to watch where you step. I would not recommend this place, they didn't care that it was dirty or that the amenities promised were not available. Not worth the over $300 for it.
