Guests are treated as the last and the least. You can't communicate with anyone. they don't speak English or for that matter Italian. On week-ends they have raucous parties that go on till the wee hours of the next morning. Loud boom-box, stone-wall penetrating music, which is run by the help, not the guests. Interior parking is atrocious at best, only 3 spots available, due to large metal frame which blocks access to the other 2 or 3 spots available. Oh I forgot there is someone who speaks English and Italian (Roberta). But she is not at the property. You have to call her on the phone. When you call her, She will reply "ACCERTO" and hang-up. She will not resolve anything, and will not call you back. If you call her again, she will not answer your call. One of the worst travel experiences ever.
