Asking how my check in was, you should know we never checked in. I had 2 reservations for a 4 night stay. We booked an additional night after hearing about the winter storm and figured we would go a day early to get ahead of it since we were driving 7 hours from Illinois. I tried several times to cancel my one night stay due to the weather and event cancellation. I was given the run around by Hotels.com and the hotel staff. I contacted Hotels.com and was told I had to contact the property directly. Hampton Inn says I had to contact Hotels.com, 3 times. Neither of them responded to my requests
