ベストロケーションです。どこにいくのも便利。シカゴダウンタウンにしては、価格もリーズナブルです。

建物は古いですが設備はきれいに整っていました。高層階のエレベーターが少なく、外出に非常に時間がかかりました。 スタッフの対応は丁寧で良かったです。

Day shifts customer service crews are awesome. But one bad-mannered night shift lady ruined our stay—Very unprofessional when dealing with guests query (Unaccepted in this kind of business). Our room is not as comfy as expected... not enough room to move around and so the bathroom. Overall stay aren’t so bad— 2 hrs late checkout is free, unlimited free purified bottle water, coffee and tea. Flat screen tv is great. Yay! 🙂

Great Place

The room was very nice and roomy, it was my husband and I and our 2 teenagers and having a separate room and 2 bathrooms was WONDERFUL...only downfall that I had was there seemed to be no trash can and I think this may be because of covid? There were small cans in each bath, but nothing by the kitchenette, but really it was no big deal,

It’s nice hotel but we changed room two times 1st tv or phone didn’t work 2nd room they changed us to Remote wouldn’t work

Immediately upon entering the hotel I was greeted by friendly staff who took my temperature and were very helpful in answering my questions, and even allowed me to check in 2 hours early! I felt very safe knowing they take proper measures to ensure everyone was healthy upon entering their hotel

This hotel is in a great location but the parking is bad. It’s pretty hard to park in the whole city of Chicago without paying $50 . Just pay for the valet or do not bring a car to Chicago it’s not necessary. The hotel itself was safe and clean. I traveled alone and felt safe when leaving and entering my hotel. I absolutely LOVE that they have free filtered water stands to fill your water bottle, etc on every floor of the hotel. Your temperature is checked at the door before checking into the hotel for COVID reasons. Check in and out was a breeze the employees were nice and helpful when I asked questions. Room is very small but clean. I had a view of the Trump towers. For me yuck but maybe for someone else... you can’t miss it, the Trump building is HUGE. Anytime I felt lost in the city I would follow the front of the Trump towers to find my way back. I would recommend this hotel and stay again. Chicago was a BLAST, beautiful, clean, cool city!

Unbeatable location in terms of how close it is to the river. We had easy access to the riverwalk which was great for our long weekend.

Awesome location on the river with plenty to do around. Valet service on site which was convenient. Front desk always friendly and security is present at night. Would recommend staying.
