The room I stayed in had a comfortable bed and clean linens, but the room itself could have been cleaned a little better. The areas along the furniture and walls looked like they had been neglected for a while based upon the amount of debris I saw. The bathroom was okay, but the sink is next to the door instead of in the bathroom which is a little weird from a hygiene perspective. Also, some of the towels and washcloths need to be retired as they were getting pretty thin. There were some discolorations on the wall next to the toilet that were more than a little off putting. It may have been just from water condensation, but honestly all surfaces (wall, floor, etc) next to a toilet need to be cleaned thoroughly just for obvious reasons.
I was pretty disappointed by the fact that they were not offering breakfast. Yes, it may have initially been a thing for COVID, but at this point I feel like its just a way for management to be cheap. Also, pool and spa were out of service and from the looks of things have been for a while.
Staff were all kind and helpful. However, with check-in, the room reserved had been double-booked. Luckily the key didn't work when I first tried to enter because walking in to an occupied room after midnight wouldn't be the most pleasant experience for either party.
Overall, stay wasn't bad, but not the best Super8 I have been to.
