I called the hotel because I lost my belongings at the hotel, but the person who answered the phone did not understand me and told me to email them.
Again nobody answered me even though I sent email through the official site, again, nobody answered me. I had to call them through the phone again.
Then they told me to contact them by SMS.
The person in charge said they would contact me within the next day, but still no one has contacted me, and I have not received any response to my confirmation SMS again.
I remember that I took the lost item with me as I used it at the hotel, so I am wondering why I cannot get a response at all.
And I feel that being ignored is the same as being disrespected, which I find very offensive and very sad.
Did they think that because I am an Asian woman that it was okay for them to behave this way?
Would they have responded differently if I were a scarier man with more authority?
The receptionist and staffs seemed very kind, I am very disappointed that I had to go through this.
