I have stayed here before and everything was the same and as expected. It is very comfortable and well maintained. No changes and that is what I like. There was coffee, hot chocolate and cookies all the time and muffins in the morning. It was very quiet, even though it was on the Main Street into town. Easy in and easy out and close to everything.

Small and Unique Hotel
Interesting, quirky, fun place. Service was great. The room was clean and comfortable but ours had an odd smell. We were in the last room, #20 and had a problem with the TV. The lady came and did her best to fix it but she never got it going. I don't want to ding them on that because I feel certain they will fix it. The owner offered to come try but it just wasn't that important to us. If TV is important to you, note that they have Roku but no satellite or anything. You would have to use your own account to watch. Sitzmark is well-maintained and they strive to make your stay comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay
Wonderful place to stay. Very eclectic hotel, loved the decoration and the furniture. We arrived late (11 pm) so the office was closed. But they did leave our key out so we could get in to our room. It was very comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was very very comfortable and cozy. Their breakfast consist of wonderful muffins I recommend the cranberry walnut, coffee,tea or hot cocoa Next morning I was able to meet receptionist she was very helpful. We could only stay one night because we were just passing through, but we will definitely go back and stay a couple of days

Great quaint stay, no really!
This hotel was great. I paid 2x as much at the fairfield marriott in alamogordo and it was definitely half as clean and nice..this is great and cozy stop. With a bad back, I definitely appreciated the better bed. Sometimes you cant trust reviews, but for someone who travels often, this was a lovely stay and I didn't feel like I needed to clean before settling in! Yay!

We always stay here when in the area. Cozy & comfy area with unique decor… rustic shabby chic with good amenities & a lovely outside sitting area. We have a room we especially like with 2 queen beds, a loveseat, a tall table & chairs & an enclosed veranda with a bench & a table & chairs!! Lovely live in manager is ultra friendly & helpful! Home away from home
We love this place! It’s older but in very good condition, and it adds to the charm and comfort we feel when we stay here. It’s like home away from home. The beds are pretty comfortable and their “quiet time” from 10-6 makes for a great night’s sleep.
