Just OK for a one night stay.
Not what I expected compared to other Super 8 I've used. Rarely had anyone at service desk. The lady was nice and helpful when there. Be aware it is 2 levels and no elevator. There was dirt or trash under the bed. The TV was difficult to navigate.

The place is an older hotel with bad renovations. The lobby and hallway are hot and the room we stayed on smelled like mildew and the restroom was full of mold. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. We just left and booked a different hotel

Rude and unfriendly nasty smelling lobby
Customer service was horrible man at counter was rude and very unfriendly the hotel stank of mold and smoke he was smoking at front door and all smoke came into lobby lobby smelled really bad , did not have included breakfast due to real bad smell

The toilet in my room wouldn't work, so I went to the lobby and asked for another room. He told me he could not do so, and that he wanted to look at the toilet to see if it could be fixed. Ultimately he decided it was not a fix he could do. So, eventually he gave me another room. At least the toilet worked in that one. Nevertheless I will NOT stay there again. The Baymont next door is a much better place!

Joined rooms suck!
I had a horrible sleepless night, the fact that the rooms were joined by a single door, I could hear everything from the room next to ours, the people were so loud so early in the morning, it was a nightmare. I didn't sleep...never again will I stay there. And and when I do go to Victoria again,I'll will be make sure the hotel I choose is not joined together. Those are the worst hotel rooms! You can hear everything.

Not sure what happened at the hotel in the past 4 years that I've been to this specific one, but it was pretty horrible. I already booked the night so I stayed there but it smelled like somebody had left clothes in the washer for a very long period of time and forgot to switch them over to the dryer in the whole hotel. When I lay down first night after I early check in which I did pay for, it felt like stuff was crawling all over me so would I went to bed the next night I slept at the desk in the chair with my head down. Play at the front desk during the day was really nice, but when I went there at night the guy was kind of weird and he barely would talk to you or there just was no one at the front desk at all with the sign saying call this room and when you called the room nobody even picks up the phone which I did twice. So people that were there were really nice like the people that stayed there were really nice I didn't have any issues with like worrying about my car being robbed or anything like that like I said this was the second time I stayed so the first time I said it was beautiful before years later cut too and it was a tragedy it smelled funny and even the scanner on my door was like completely busted. But other than that the ladies that cleaned the room in the morning really really sweet and short of the guy who checked me in and it's smelling like a musty football locker and it feeling like stuff is crawling on me eating me whenever I was asleep in my pajamas
