No hot water, lied to about partial refund
No hot water the entire trip, told itd be fixed tuesday morning, then told it wiuldnt be done later that evening, they offered a full refund but its a pain, i asked if they w p uld offer a refund like half off if we stuck it out, they said could likely do that. Last day of trip comes. Ask them about refund, they say i have to contact the third party (hotels.com) but they will honor their end, i contact hotels, days later im told the manager of baymont didnt honor it, so hotels.cpm offfered me a little onekey cash but thats all i got, terrible, go anywbere else. The breakfast was ready very early and the lady that does it is very sweet tbough.
