The room itself was okay but our shower water never got hot and we had to take a very cold shower. We asked the front desk clerk Barbara what could she do about the cold water and she said she would speak with her manager about getting us a partial refund. Upon check out we spoke with Mary at the front desk and she was very rude about getting the discount and her customer service was terrible. I had to wait a while to talk to Christian the manager and he was very helpful and assured us on the refund . Once we left I then received another charge on my debit card for an unknown reason. I went back to the hotel to reach Christian to get answers on the recent charges. I spoke with Mary again at the front desk to talk to him and she said he was on call and that she would call him in a minute. I then waited a while and was told that he was off campus and on his lunch break and he would be back within an hour.
