I know you won’t share my review, and thats fine. Just typing this for the owner to read and know. The check in was easy, desk manager was friendly and helpful. But I gave all one star because we couldn’t even stay here. Floors were dirty, toilet seat was greasy, couldn’t even wash our hands because there was hairs on the soap dispenser. Hair and dust and gunk under the beds. The room was hot, air conditioner wasnt even on. Theres a gap at the bottom of the door. This is just what we saw the total of 15 minutes we were there! My kids were afraid to sit on the beds. Im just being honest and its not brutal. This hotel is in a great location, easy to get to and find. But if you want more business you gotta improve. This place was gross. Maybe some people are ok with that but im sorry me and my family were not! We didnt make a scene or a fuss, we aren’t that type of people but i thought you all should know. Thank you

Overall stay was good. Comode was not attached to the floor. Had a coffee maker, but no cups. No phone to call front desk. Room was very clean, though.

the bed was to high so when you get into it it stratched against the floor and made a terrible noise everytime you moved. Not the hotels fault but the electricity went off for about 2 hours that was not fun. Probably would not stay again.

The washclothes we dark stained as if used to clean with. There were stains on the floor in the bathroom. The toilet was loose.

Worst improvements of hotel rooms I ever saw

Under new management with updated rooms but 1st room the air conditioner was loud unable to sleep. There was a chair but no nightstand, no phone. The conduit covering wires was exposed over the t.v. and the wall with outside lights. The comforter had a large hole in it and so did the sheet. Next morning advised the staff I wanted a new room on ground floor by 4 p.m. I called back at 11:30 to again ask about the room change and was assured it would be ready. Got to hotel at 5:00 and employee working front desk knew nothing about my request but did get me a new room 1st floor. This room had 1 nightstand with a phone but no wire so it wasn’t plugged in to the jack. The ac was great quiet and comfortable. When I went to but items into the fridge found a Chinese dinner still in there. The bathroom floor had dried mud on it and the hair dryer was missing the guard over the blades. My girlfriend found this out the following morning when she almost cut her finger. The t.v. had an issue after running for a while it woul start to get dim and you would have to change the channel and return to get it back. The shower rail was loose and hang down making the shower curtain to long for the shower. The lamp on the nightstand was broken. No pens or notepads in the room.

ALL linen and pillows need replacing. Very dingy looking and the floors and tubs needed cleaning too. Remodeling looks pretty good

Recently updated. Floor was so dirty that when I dripped water loading the refrigerator I wiped it up and the towel was filthy. We went in the room and the lights and clock didn’t work. They changed the light bulbs and got them working but didn’t have a replacement clock. Hairdryer didn’t work. Black hairs in the shower and on the soap dispensers. Bed was comfortable but sheets and spread were stained.
