had a great stay! parking was quite easy, and we were upgraded to a river view room. would highly recommend!

Very nice contemporary property. The location is perfect for walking to popular entertainment and dining establishments.

Everything was great. The room was spacious and the view gorgeous. We had a river view. Awesome. Desk people so helpful and nice.

Beds were the only bad thing about the place everything else was awesome

Room was definitely not what the pictures showed and was very dated. View was nice but the room was old and had a somewhat funky smell. Room service was very nice but the rest of the staff offered no information and there was also no hotel information inside the room.

Great location-right on river, bus stop/L half block away-took bus to field museum. walkable to art institute, CSO, Eataly. good sized room with comfortable chair and couch. Bathroom also good sized-sick large, good counter space. Shower/bath good. would definitely stay here again

Our stay at the Renaissance was wonderful! The room was very nice and it is a great location close to downtown and the theatre.

Not much bang for the buck. Our room had a great view of the river. Size of the room and bathroom were good. But, it’s WAY overpriced. And $15 for wifi, $4 for a bottle of water? Raised, the lounge, was nice. Friendly staff. We will not be returning. There are too many other good hotels in the area that are much more inexpensive.

We flew in to O’Hare and were able to take the blue line train all the way to a point close to the hotel. The hotel itself has beautiful views and is in a fantastic location. We enjoyed Phantom of the Opera, great food, and shopping all within walking distance. The bed was comfy. Only disappointed that when remodeling the workout center they apparently did away with amenities they were known for which catered to adults.... bring back the steam room and hot tub options and I think I’d easily choose to stay here again.
