Asked to have a room on the ground floor and when arrived were told that they had given all lower floors away. They did not look at notes in system. Got to first room and security lock was broken. Had to push to get new room on same floor. When did, room condition wasn't great. Bathroom not thoroughly clean (hairs and stains on toilet/ceiling), sheets had what looked like blood stains. The "breakfast sandwiches" were absent on the first day. The place was mobbed and not worth waiting to get basic foods. The pool was completely mobbed with children who kept running around on top of the hot tub and jumping in to the pool, along with jumping and splashing in the hot tub. The elevators were tiny and hallways were narrow. Instead of a service elevator, cleaners would roll huge trash bins in to the elevator and I had to lean against the elevator wall to not touch the trash. The kicker was when we left one of the maids (old woman with grey hair) had her cleaning cart with trash taking up more than half the hallway. I had to roll our stuff out on a cart and asked her to move the trash so I could pass without it touching all our stuff. She refused to move it after being asked politely several times. I finally had to demand she move it, and she scoffed and made a big deal of pushing it in to a room. When I reported to the Front Desk Manager, she was unfazed and barley responded. Left message for GM, Front Desk Mgr called and I asked to speak with GM who never called. They do not care!
