HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Stayed on 3rd floor, sewer backed up & flooded into our room past 9pm, was initially told they'd 'bring towels' and no other rooms available. Older employee working at night was not pleasant and obviously stressed cause it was happening to multiple people. Sewer also backed up in the lobby. Cleaning crew finally showed and was friendly telling us this happens alot, they then moved us rooms to another 3rd floor, and sinks and toilet barely worked, shower backed up quickly & drained slowly. By 11pm we just decided to tough it out, even without a toilet or shower. Manager Windy then told us in the morning, after telling her the sinks and shower backed up and couldnt be used, that she wouldnt refund cause they moved us to a new room, and we 'didnt complain before hand' basically. Was told they couldnt refund because we used hotels.com which is a total lie, offered points on their rewards system. We had hotels.com then call then to ask for refund, and she told them she didnt believe our story and refused to refund since they gave us a new room, stating refund can only happen if we checked out after the flood, which we're NOT gonna do past 10pm at night when we have important things to attend to in the AM. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, THEY HAVE MASSIVE PLUMBING PROBLEMS, AND THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU AT ALL, DO NOT STAY THERE!! Pics show initial beginning flood in room.
