Hermoso hotel para una estancia inolvidable
Excelente hotel, hermosas y espaciosas habitaciones. El personal super amable, Carlos en particular y Vanessa en recepción. Carlos muy atento y proactivo. Las instalaciones de primera, habitación cómoda con una vista espectacular. Super bien ubicado, cerca de todos los servicios de la isla.

have stayed there twice first time was pretty good second time not great. Had a hot tub suite but had no hot water, kind of defeats the purpose. Clean facilities has a great view, swimable beaches are a bit of a hike.

Si eres fanático de las cucarachas; este es tu hotel ideal! En cuanto llegas te recibe una gran cucaracha de 5 centímetros en el centro de la habitación; después pasamos a encontrar una cucaracha muerta en la regadera. Luego otra cucaracha viva en el baño; y para cerrar una segunda cucaracha muerta al lado de un mueble. Esto en una estadía de menos de 24 horas

Check in process was easy , hotel overall has great location and that’s all. Hotel has potential but rooms are dirty. Room service does not come every day. You have to keep asking for towels. Swimming pool is dirty, hot tub is even worse. Overall I am not recommending. For that price? You can find something better on island.

Very bad experience. The first day there was no hot water nor did the bathroom sink work. The TV didn't work. The internet did not work (very slow on the second and third day) I reported it from the first night and they only solved the TV thing I regretted having paid in advance for three nights. I wouldn't stay again even if they offered it to me for free.

Would have liked an outlet in the restroom and a bigger mirror in restroom. Hot water did not work all days we were there. Would like a blanket over a sheet at night as it can get chilly. Staff was friendly. Room was cleaned and fresh towels replaced daily. Close to eating options and beach. Would stay again.

Jose was wonderful. First room was having an issue with the AC and Jacuzzi, but they immediately moved me to different Room, an amazing view! will definitely stay here again. Ashton at the bar was awesome as well. Great breakfast with a wonderful view. Good prices.

Great locations and price but it comes at a cost
Overall the room was fine. Although, there was hair all over the floor, like a LOT of hair! The beds were a bit hard but it was fine for the price and location. I think hotel staff should try to make sure guests aren’t yelling all night in lobby area. It got a little ridiculous.

Bien, con áreas de oportunidad.
La primer noche a las 2:30am se escuchaba música muy fuerte, una hora después le bajaron pero continuaban con música. Portazos a cada rato y muy temprano como si arrastraran muebles. El piso estaba sucio, terminábamos con los pies negros. El lavamanos muy estorboso y poco funcional para dejar cosas, no te ponen toalla de manos porque no hay donde colgarla. Salimos a pasear muy temprano y regresamos poquito antes de las 3pm y no teníamos toallas. En cuanto a la habitación está súper muy amplio, las camas muy cómodas, el agua caliente, la cafetera muy bien, la secadora y el espejo de aumento muy funcional. El costo por tener el baño propio me pareció excesivo, el hecho de que el hostal y el hotel estén en el mismo piso, quita un poco la tranquilidad que se busca si vas en plan familiar por el ruido. La vista de la terraza del hostal está mil veces mejor que de la habitación que me tocó.

Disappointment
Upgraded to ocean view king w hot tub. The room was large and clean. Had to wait until 3pm to check-in (understandable). Upon check-in the elevator was out for maintenence so had to walk up 4 flights with luggage. Only had 2 bath towels. No wash cloth or hand towels. Told front desk and they just said sorry but didnt offer to provide any. Hot tub was outside on balcony and didnt appear to be clean so didnt take the time to try it. No ice machines. Went to hotel bar to get some and after a discussion the manager agreed to not charge me. Went to use pool and they wanted to charge you to get pool towels. Decided to just go to on-site restaurant and it was already closed (bar too) at 5:50pm. on a Tuesday evening. Fast forward to check-out and had to wait for staff to go to inspect the room. Was questioned where the coffee mugs were. When I told them there was no mugs, just like no hand towels, after discussion they agreed to check me out of room. Still waiting to see if the deposit has been fully released. Based on my experience, there are better options for my next visit to the island.

Check in staff was rude. Did not have the room ready when they said. Very noisy at 4:30-5 AM. What are they doing working at 4:30 AM. I've stayed there 5 times. Now MINT owns it. And it's going downhill. Fast.
