ケンシーの全米ツアー 8／12

ホテルの建物自体が古いので清潔感に欠けるのは仕方がないのかもしれません…。スイートの部屋に宿泊しましたが、部屋は広くて、少し贅沢な気分を味わせていただきました。朝食はソコソコ良かったです。

NEVER AGAIN!!!! DON'T DO IT!!! JUST SAY NO!!!

1. They gave us the wrong accomodations and we had to wait 3 hours for them to clean a room with the correct accommodations. 2. When we came back to check in after those 3 hours and traveling for 5 hours,we then had to wait in the lobby over 30 min because the worker was not to be found. 2. When she came in she literally gave us a go to Hades look and said NOTHING. I explained the situation and she still said nothing. She slapped room keys down and that was it. She was rude to another customer as well. 3. Air conditioner leaked 4. Room STANK so bad I had to go buy air freshener 5. No blankets at all. Just a sheet 6. 1 towel and 2 washcloth 7. Went to try to get a blanket and another towel, worker again not there. Btw all of this was at 7pm 8. Whatever they had tried to clean with was so oily that we were sliding all over the floor. We were to exhausted to try to get a refund to go elsewhere and it would have taken days for the refund.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES! Everything is the complete OPPOSITE of whats shown. The pool does not exist. Its filled in with dirt and trash. The bedding had stains on it. The fire alarm was not placed where it should have been but on the tv stand. NO DEADBOLT LOCK! No tv, the wires were also on the tv stand next to the fire alarm. The room itself was dirty with cracks on the ceiling, cigarette buds inside (of a non smoking room), stains on the walls, minifridge and arm chair that looks like its gone through ww3. The bath tube had literal dirt caked on the bottom. Dont believe any rating thats above a 1 star. Only stay here if theyre paying you.

Terrible Franchised Motel

Horrible, bathtub had left over adhesive, red paint on the corner of the bed sheet, one soap. No breakfast in the morning. The front desk had to hand me the milk and I was told he is not allowed to make coffee before 6:00 a.m

Remodeling

They were remodeling and there was no television you could watch. They only had 2 channels but you couldn't even watch them. There wifi sucks it keeps turning off on you every 5 minutes. The room we were in the walls and ceiling had black mold on it. The floor was soaking wet from condensation.

Horrible conditions

This was the worst experience ever. First of all WiFi was not working until manager had to call the service. There was no place to hang clothes or ironing board. When I arose in the morning I found there were NO TOWELS available. There was NO Continental Breakfast, not even coffee or anything… see picture. The room was dirty and the bath tub was worn and dirty.

Horrible hotel

We drove up there were people all on the outside hanging out. There were trash everywhere even the trash can outside was overflowing with garbage. The place looked horrible the rooms looked horrible. I immediately cancelled my reservation that place doesn't look anything like the picture online. Please don't take your family there that place is not appropriate for kids period. I wouldn't take my dog there. It looks more like a hotel for prostitution.

Not good!

No towels, and when we went to the front desks they told us they han no towels. Food was left in the fridge. Floor was dirty. Broken A/C in the walkway. No coffee nor breakfast. Smelly room. TV, shower, pillows, beding, were good.

Black mold on the light shade Damaged door..no bedding other than one sheet..filthy floors 1 towel..no tp etc...filthy outside garbage etc and my sons airpods were left there fir 5 min aftef we checked out came bzck within 5..min..they were gone/ stolen..he activated tracker and they were there but stolen...no one would admit it...the worse hitrl ive evef stayed at...how they remain open is beyong understanding..also saud there was breakfast..no breakfast
