We arrived got checked in for 3. Went to our room and it was used. Went back and i was questioned as if it i was lying.. quick apology and given another room. We walked the floors were really wet. We thriugh towels to dry them. Breakdast was minimal. Im sad because its the closest hotel to our family. But move on not taken care of
