Place was clean and friendly and bed was so comfortable chef salad was killer

One of the reason I picked to stay there was that they said they had a pool. I was going with my family and of course they wanted to swim. However the pool was down due to repairs. The gentleman that waited on us was a bit rude. All and all it was okay. Ive stayed at better. If i had to chose to stay there again. I would decline.

The stay was great. The concierge were very accommodating/helpful whenever engaged with. Some wall paper peeling up in the bathroom near shower. We were told nothing about the pool being closed upon booking. We came with bathing suits, excited to do a little winter swimming while away on a weekend in chi. Bummer surprise to find ,when we asked about pool hours (after being checked in), that...it was...a...no-go :(

The only downside to our stay was that the pool was out of order, but there is so much to do in Chicago and in the immediate area, it worked out just fine!

Found bed bugs

I took my girlfriend out for the weekend to enjoy a nice relaxing getaway outside of our home and the stay at the Holiday inn was more than what we expected..Great food, nice people, definitely recommend it.

Overall i loved my stay here. My comforter had brown stains on it but they immediately came and changed it.bed was so comfortable i couldnt get up and they had no problem letting me check out late.

Just a family getaway, was very pleasing

We stayed one night. It was not difficult to find as others have noted in their reviews. The halls looked a bit old but the room itself was comfy. I only wished it had a microwave. The pool was very large as was the fitness center.
