I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was frustrating from start to finish. When we arrived, the bed had visibly dirty linen, and the lamp was unplugged behind the bed—requiring us to physically move furniture just to get basic lighting. The shower towels and washcloths were also dirty, which immediately raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room.
To make matters worse, while the room had a TV, there was no remote provided, making it unusable. We finally got a remote only for it to not work.
We spoke to the manager around 10:00 AM to request fresh bed linen, and were told someone would come shortly to change it. When we returned around noon, nothing had been done. After complaining again at the front desk, someone finally brought us clean sheets—but we were expected to change the bed ourselves. We went back down to express that it’s unacceptable for guests to have to remake a hotel bed due to dirty linens, and the response felt dismissive.
