We booked a room for 4 people thru hotels.com. When we checked in, the front desk confirmed we had 4 people but gave us a room with a king size bed, not pull out, cot, etc. It took over 40 minutes for staff to deliver a roll away bed to the room which only slept 1 additional kid, leaving our youngest to sleep on the chair/ ottoman. We have 2 children, 9 and 11 and specifically booked this hotel to use the pool, which said it was open from May to Oct (and the front desk gave us pool hours at check in). As of May 18th, the outdoor pool was not open, despite the 90 degree temps all weekend. The hotel was noisy, late into the night on Friday night (possibly from the open atrium to the 6th floor). The bathroom had holes in the wall where the towel bar once was, a cracked toilet, and mold on the ceiling. We were out of the room from 8am to 4pm and upon returning to get ready for dinner, room service had still not made it to our room. The only 4 star experience during our stay was the view of the inner harbor from our room.
