Service doesn’t deserve expensive room charge unfortunately.
I found no provision below
・tooth brash, ・slipper, ・refrigerator does not get cold, ・Room is not cleaned thoroughly
English of the restaurants staff are very rude and rough.
Due to our flight was midnight arrival,
I informed the hotel in advance, by email and telephone many times, However, when we arrived the hotel actually, they pretended not to know my advance notice.
This is the first time for me such a terrible service for customers.
I hope improvement immediately.
