We reserved 3 rooms on a family trip but the 2 room air conditioning failed, 1 room had breakdown of the hot water supply function of the shower. I asked for improvement and thought that I would naturally change the room, but waited for 20 minutes and two repair agents came in the room. I will spend 30 minutes there with a repair shop. As a result it seemed that it was not in a state to heal immediately, but the room changed, but it took about 90 minutes in this series of times, and continued to sweat so that it felt sick during that period. One of the two rooms that had been changed had two machines with two airconditioners, one of which was still in trouble.
In addition, my room number was filled in with a pen that I put on laundry service and it did not go to slacks, and my socks were returned in a state that it was not dry, it was nothing but unpleasant thing. I do not use it again and think that I should remove this hotel from the publication of EXPEDIA also for other people's comfortable vacation.
I feel very sorry about the level of EXPEDIA's work which added such a hotel with low facility inspection ability and low staff level to the choice.
